Return Policy
Returns must be sent to Brittany Lauren Stationery within 10 days of purchase. Due to the nature of personalized items, we can not accept returns except in error of the studio.
Shipping
After proof has been approved by email please allow up to 2-3 weeks for your package to arrive within the USA to your mailbox, All non-personalized orders will ship within 48 hours or purchase. Orders are shipped via USPS First Class with delivery confirmation. For international orders please allow up to 3 weeks. Please notify Brittany Lauren Design within 24 hours if merchandise is damaged from shipping. Please contact us at [email protected] for any RUSH ORDERS. Color
Since computer monitor displays vary from one to another, the color we see on our screen may not exactly match what you see on your screen. If you have a pantone color your looking for please let me know so I can better serve you.
